This morning during my drive I noticed a large Saint Bernard lounging on the front lawn of an old farm house. He had made a chew toy out of a green plastic chair and just had a regal look of satisfaction. Bliss. These are moments when I wish I had a camera with me so instead I have included an old photograph of our dog, Lily. This was taken at our first apartment, during our first Christmas seven years ago. Lily received a stuffed chicken with a squeaker. For her this was bliss.
